Duration : 1h30 For many, it is easy to create a simple dish. but when it comes to create a quick nutritious and delicious , conforting dish, we sometimes need some advice, tricks and tips. We can all be busy and tired, and it is important to make food a good fuel to fonction properly in thèse times On the day : You will learn tips to do a mis en place and cook an incredibly tasty dish in less than 20 minutes, whilst being as much as possible mindful of the nutriments in the plate : protein, iron, calcium, vitamins, fat.... We will cook 2 dishes. You will share the creation around a table while discussion all thing cooking and nutrition. *Let us know before booking if you have any allergies*
